For this Bands that Brew series edition we got together with Phantom Tails and brewed a malt forward sour red. This beer is tart like a sour cherry and carries notes of dried fruit throughout the entire body.
Barrel Aged for 1 year in Bourbon Barrels. Good things come to those that wait, our 3rd anniversary Imperial stout pops with notes of dark fruit, slight hints of roast and chocolate, and just enough heat to keep you warm on these cold nights.
In this bands that brew series we got together with Dream Crusher and brewed a cascading dark ale. It is dark as the winter solstice, with slight hints of roast and generously dry hopped with cascade and citra.
Leonard Day showcases what the upper midwest has to offer the IPA drinker. Pale Ale malts from right here in MN and hops grown in southern WI. We hopped this ale at every stage, from the mash to the fermenter, focusing on a robust earthy flavor.
Golden Hue very approachable. Crisp fruity aroma with a slight bready mouthfeel and a slight hop character throughout.
This classic American-style pale ale is "hop bursted" with loads of Cascade and Citra hops for a bright tropical hop character. An additional dry hop with Citra in the fermenter really features the aroma that this hop brings to the table.
