Mexicali
mexican lager
This is our example of a light Mexican Lager. Mexican Lager, as a style, evolved from Vienna lagers. In the early 1800’s German immigrants began migrating to Mexico bringing with them their German brewing traditions and the result is a modified lager utilizing ingredients more prevalent in Mexico.
