On drums\, his father Bob Johnston is a former staff writer & producer for Grammy Award Wining and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis of Flyte Tyme Productions. Combining video games\, funk\, jazz\, rock\, and even latin all into one deck to deal out to the listener. \nDLC\nDown Loadable Collective (DLC) is a VGM group specializing in bringing the improvisatory freshness of the jazz language to the rich music of video games. An emphasis is placed on creating each performance as different from the last\, using the musical language of VGM as a launching pad for musical expression. \nDogsplusplus\nDogsplusplus is a local Twin Cities musician who combines Game Boy chiptunes with jazz piano. The Game Boy only has 4 sound channels\, but you might be surprised just how much music it can produce. Adding live keyboard jazz on top makes for a one of a kind experience! \n

All members are songwriters\, combining their distinct indie\, punk\, alt\, and emo signature styles into eclectic\, genre-busting songs. The band features multiple singers\, and their performances are general\, queer chaos. They might not be your baby\, but you are certainly theirs.
