Since the dawn of time, there are a handful of classics that will never go out of style and never change: cheese, pepperoni, supreme, and sausage. The only thing you see more than these staples in Minnesota is the state bird; the mosquito. So why is ours any different? It starts with the ingredients; we strive to source our ingredients as local as possible by partnering with suppliers in our area that have just as much care and respect for the produce as we do.

MAKING SIMPLE BETTER

The cheese smothers the pizza while it’s cooked to perfection on each one of our traditional pizzas. However, there also comes the beauty of options. Pepperoni could be arranged in a classic style, assuring you don’t take a bite without that perfect piece of meat meshed into it. Or there’s the option to top that cheese with perfectly seasoned sausage that even Paul Bunyan wouldn’t call small. Day Block Brewing Company even has the option for those pizza enthusiasts who crave everything: the supreme pizza.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

SMALL
  • Preheat oven to 450º
  • Remove plastic and cardboard*
  • Place on middle rack
  • Cook between 8-12 minutes
  • Wait until cheese is golden brown**
*Do not thaw pizza
**Adjust cook time within the range for crisper or doughier crust
LARGE
  • Preheat oven to 450º
  • Remove plastic and cardboard*
  • Place on middle rack
  • Cook between 10-16 minutes
  • Wait until cheese is golden brown**
