A simple pale ale brewed to show off our locally grown C hops. C hops start with the letter C, almost always, and have citrus notes. Ours is brewed with Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and our favorite, Crystal Hops. All grown here in the Upper Midwest. We used a technique called Hop Bursting, adding all of our hop addition late in the boil, to maximize flavor and aroma, but it does mean we had to use almost double the hops. We're thrilled about it!
