Featured at Twin Cities events including the annual Bob Dylan Birthday Bash and Dylan & The Dead tribute shows, Mind Out of Time offers an authentic experience for longtime Dylan fans and newcomers alike.
Oister Boy
Minneapolis-based Oister Boy is a four-piece punk powerhouse channeling chaos, catharsis, and raw emotion into a ferocious sound. Blending thrashy grunge, punk, and alternative rock, the band delivers jagged riffs, scream-along hooks, melodic moments, and an unmistakably energetic live presence. Formed in 2022, Oister Boy has built a reputation for eccentric musicianship and wildly engaging performances throughout the Twin Cities. With releases including Wycliff St., Cul De Sac, and Smile More, Oister Boy continues pushing their loud, messy, and wonderfully unpredictable sound forward.
Steve Brantseg
Steve Brantseg has been part of the Minneapolis rock & roll landscape for more than four decades, with a musical history that includes The Phones, Figures, Bash & Pop, The Suburbs, Curtiss A and countless collaborations throughout the Twin Cities. His guitar has appeared on stages ranging from Minneapolis clubs to Paisley Park and national television with Bash & Pop on Late Night with David Letterman.
But Steve’s real gift isn’t simply his history. It’s his ear. A natural musician who plays by feel and instinct, he has an uncanny ability to hear what a song needs and find the perfect place for his guitar. For this special solo performance, Steve will be joined by percussionist and drummer Joseph Pettini, bringing another dimension to an intimate set of music drawn from the songs and artists that have shaped Steve’s musical life.
