This Halloween, Saturday, October 31st, Day Block Brewing transforms into a night of heavy music, costumes, cold beer, and high-energy performances as The Failsafe, Death of The Heron, Alborn, Grave Society, and Shot Down take over the Tap Room beginning at 6 PM.
Headlining the night, Minneapolis’ The Failsafe brings an electrifying blend of heavy-hitting electronic rock, infectious pop-inspired vocals, and soaring riffs. Backed by years of independent touring experience and more than one million streams, the band continues building momentum with new music and collaborations with producers Andrew Baylis, Cameron Mizell, and Dusty Boles.
The lineup travels through the darker and heavier corners of the Midwest scene. Death of The Heron delivers expansive, emotionally intense progressive metal, while Illinois-based Alborn combines modern alternative metal with Southern grit, bluegrass influence, and Appalachian acoustic textures. Grave Society brings their own haunting twist with “spooky folk metal for spooky folk,” perfectly suited for Halloween night. Minneapolis metalcore band Shot Down closes out the supporting lineup with crushing riffs, driving breakdowns, and relentless live energy.
